Welcome to Atithi Tour Services. By booking our tours, travel packages, and related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made through official communication channels of Atithi Tour Services.
A minimum advance payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm any reservation.
The balance amount must be cleared before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
Atithi Tour Services will not be responsible for any issues arising due to third-party payment gateways.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the customer must be communicated in writing.
Cancellation charges will apply as follows (unless otherwise specified in the package):
30 days before departure: 10% of the package cost
15–29 days before departure: 25% of the package cost
7–14 days before departure: 50% of the package cost
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
In case of cancellation by Atithi Tour Services due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, government orders, etc.), full refund or alternative travel arrangements will be provided.

4. Liability & Responsibility

Atithi Tour Services acts as a tour operator and is not liable for accidents, injury, loss of belongings, natural calamities, or delays caused by third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification and travel documents.

5. Tour Itinerary & Services

The itinerary provided is subject to change due to weather, traffic, operational issues, or government restrictions.

Atithi Tour Services reserves the right to modify tour schedules in the interest of customer safety and comfort.

Unutilized services (meals, stays, transport, etc.) are non-refundable.

6. Health & Safety

Guests must inform Atithi Tour Services of any medical conditions before booking.
We recommend carrying personal medicines and health insurance.
Atithi Tour Services will not be responsible for health issues arising during travel.

7. Code of Conduct

Customers are expected to maintain discipline and respect local culture, laws, and customs.
Any misconduct, damage to property, or unlawful behavior may lead to termination of services without refund.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Atithi Tour Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
