Cancellation

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and service providers.

1. Cancellation by Customer

30 days or more before departure – 10% of the package cost will be deducted.
15–29 days before departure – 25% of the package cost will be deducted.
7–14 days before departure – 50% of the package cost will be deducted.
Less than 7 days before departure / No Show – No refund.

2. Cancellation by Atithi Tour Services

If the tour is canceled by us due to natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or unavoidable reasons, customers will receive either:
A full refund, or
An option to reschedule/adjust the booking to another available date.

3. Refund Timeline

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment after deducting applicable charges.

4. Non-Refundable Components

Payments made for flight/train tickets, permits, adventure activities, or special bookings are non-refundable once issued.
No refund will be given for unused services (hotel stay, meals, transport, etc.) due to late arrival, early departure, or personal reasons.
